Pinqurrent, essentially positive currents, was born out of our love for creatively unifying space and graphics. We go beyond graphic designing. We are an interdisciplinary design boutique where we don’t just hear what you have to say, we read between the lines to hear what you don’t say as well. Because, that’s what you need.
That’s what Pinqurrent is known for. A place where ideas and impulses are inspired by just about anything. You know an idea is good when you can’t wait to share it. And we can’t. Hilonie, chief designer and founder of Pinqurrent, comes from a business and creative background. Equipped with an Applied Arts degree, specialized in graphic design, she worked at multiple design agencies and studios. But she wanted to break-free from difficult work hours, deadlines and following a tried and tested approach to design. She wanted to create a space where she could give her imagination a free reign whilst encouraging her fellow designers to do the same.
So, she started Pinqurrent and built a team of designers, or ‘Qurrents’ as we call them, who echo this very
ethos. Young, fresh, creative minds who easily adapt to this dynamic canvas. The Qurrents are charged and
bring to the table a fresh perspective along with a gamut of diverse talent.
We, at Pinqurrent, see design in anything and everything around us. Design doesn’t stop at just
logos, social media posts or leaflets. It incorporates the visual language of nature, of emotions and
of cultural nuances as well.
